Work Policy

We believe that autonomy, trust, and collaboration are the foundations of exceptional delivery. Our hybrid work model reflects the global nature of our projects and the diversity of cultures, time zones, and environments in which we operate

Last updated: August 2025

"Our goal is to create a work experience where every person can perform at their best — with flexibility, accountability, and excellence."

Core Principles

1. Flexibility with accountability

We value the freedom to organize work in a way that suits each individual, as long as it is paired with responsibility for deadlines, communication, and high-quality delivery. Team members are trusted to adapt their schedules according to project, team, and client needs.

2. Presence with purpose

When we meet, it should matter. We do not believe in physical presence for the sake of appearance. In-person moments are reserved for high-value collaboration, such as:

  • discovery workshops

  • critical sprints

  • strategic presentations

  • cross-functional alignment

  • team gatherings and integration

3. Global rhythm, local proximity

Our work model reflects that global footprint. We operate through a blend of On/Off/Near-Shore mix. This diversity requires digital discipline, thoughtful asynchronous communication, and a results-driven mindset.

4. Trust over control

We do not monitor presence, cameras, hours, or online status. We measure value delivered, ownership, professional maturity, and technical excellence.

5. Offices as hubs for creation, not control

Our physical locations and partner offices serve as hubs for collaboration, co-creation, and connection — not mandatory workspaces. They exist for when they add value, for those who prefer them, and when clients require physical presence.

How It Works in Practice

Remote as the default

Most daily work — development, architecture, analysis, agile rituals — happens remotely.

In-person when it enhances delivery

Teams meet face-to-face when it genuinely improves outcomes or collaboration.
This decision is made jointly by:

  • the project lead

  • the team

  • the client

Client-driven exceptions when necessary

Some clients or industries may require partial on-site presence due to security, culture, or operational realities. In such cases, schedules are coordinated transparently and in advance.

Structured communication

We maintain clarity and alignment through:

  • weekly rituals

  • sprint reviews

  • structured asynchronous updates

  • disciplined use of collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Pipedrive, etc.)
